how bout this!
So the uci will not release the full dossier concerning operacion puerto. I say all the federations should allow those riders who have been implicated race. Why? Because none of these federation even know if what proof if any is against the riders. I am starting to believe that some of the dossier has been fabricated just to shake shit up and get people in trouble without any proof. Its called circumstantial evidence for a reason. Like one of my delivery drivers said today, "why not just let them take whatever they want and let nature sort out the really stupid ones."

well, i trust operation puerto more than the WADA lab. dudes like flandis though. i got asked 10 times today what i thought about it by the civilians. no one asked me about lance or Tyler.
Lets see what happens when Flandis's new report comes back that he is positive and then he goes to arbitration court and tries to weasle his way out. If he were smart he would get a pinch weasle.
now they are saying that only some of the testerone is exogenis. which could mean a lot of things. this is what makes me question WADA. the strong assertions that smear a rider followed by very subtle qualifications later. i mean what does some mean? 90%? 1%? If it's only 1% then that's certainly not as damning as 90% and could be explained by benign factors.
