SIR is dead to me. I have too much training to do to get ready for STP. From now on I will be doing seward park. I have a couple big dudes that will be breathing down my neck soon enough.
By any chance are you doing the Tour de Blast this Saturday? That'd be good for STP - especially if you road down on Friday.
